Get the Best Out of Your Capsules

1. Make sure your water reservoir is sufficiently full - you will need enough water to rinse the system for your coffee.

2. Turn your machine ON and allow temperature to heat up.

3. Without placing capsule in the machine simply engage either of the brewing buttons. Water will flow through the system. Allow water to pour for 5 seconds. This helps warm up the machine and achieve the best cup of coffee possible (this process is only necessary when machine is turned on from cold).

WATER QUALITY

More than 90% of your coffee is water - it has huge impact on your cup quality. Filter your water. It is particularly important to utilise filtration otherwise your coffee may taste flat and bitter.

Keep it Clean: After you have finished preparing coffee, clean your machine. We recommend running a small amount of water through (without capsule) EXPERT TIP: GIVE IT A SHAKE simply give each capsule a little shake before use. This helps ensure an even extraction and flow.
